Troubleshoot for tripped bedroom circuit. Circuit is slightly overloaded, multiple heat lamps for a lizards cage, only a 15a circuit. Real issue is with the panel, it was replaced by the hoa within the last 12 months, no dual function breakers, no smoke detectors anywhere, no whole home surge protector, no permit was pulled when it was installed. I will be following up with the HOA tomorrow to get more info.
Today I did a power on inspection in a commercial suite. I changed one overrated 20 amp GE bolt in breaker. The breaker was circuit number eight permit has been pulled for this job.
