Client has issue with the toilet constantly running and not shutting off. Found main issue is the household water pressure is very high (130psi). Strongly recommend replacing PRV (pressure reducing valve) bring the pressure down to 65psi. That high of water pressure can cause water damage to the property. There is no warranty of the work that was done today because the water pressure is beyond code compliance for the fill valve and supply line that was installed. When those parts fail to function correctly there will be a charge to repair the toilet again because the PRV (pressure reducing valve) was not replaced to prevent the fill valve and supply line from failing.
Upon arrival customer stated fan system not working. After tech diagnosed system tech discovered indoor fan capacitor failed. Tech got approval to replace part system is now heating at this time. Customer still has scheduled parts to be return to get system back at its best performance.
